Outcasts RP

"Alright, I'll meet you out at the front." Alaric said, getting up to his feet. The sooner they were out of here, the better.

Mercy nodded as she walked away with Jack. She opened the door to their room and grabbed her pistol and dagger.
"I'll be back soon." she promised Jack, kissing him on the forehead.
"Bye, be careful." Jack said

Alaric went into his room, stuffing a random assortment of clothes into his bag, as well as a few spare guns. He put his bow on his back, and a pistol in the harness at his side. He looked over at Allen, who was resting again, before heading out the door.

Mercy packed some sturdy clothes in her bag and walked out the door, mentally preparing herself.

Alaric waited by the door, as he rechecked his quiver for the amount of arrows he had. He tapped his foot nervously as he waited.

Mercy met Alaric at the door.
"Ready?" she asked

"Yep." he said with a slight smile, "Let's head out."

"Alright." Mercy said, stepping outside and setting off.

"So, what is Lacie sending us off to do?" Alaric asked, "I never really got the info on it."

"She said people have been disappearing from Laviern and that we should take care of it." Mercy replied

"Got it," Alaric nodded, "hopefully it's just a coincidence, but then again when it is ever?"

"It never is." Mercy said with a slight smile

"Are we going to walk the whole way or try to get a carriage again?" he asked, idly glancing around at his surroundings.

"Lets at least try to get a carriage." Mercy said

"We may not be able to get it to go all the way to where we need to go, though." Alaric sighed, "I doubt anyone really wants to go to Laviern

"It sounds like a pretty bad area." Mercy said with a nod "But if we can even get it to go halfway that'd be better than walking the entire way."

"Hopefully we'll be able to." Alaric sighed, "I hate traveling so far away." he muttered.

"Somebody's gotta do it." Mercy replied with a sigh

"True, though I feel like Lacie is just handing us out the worse jobs." Alaric muttered, crossing his arms.

"I don't think she likes having any influence from the Brotherhood left over." Mercy said with a frown.

"Really?" Alaric said, a little surprised, "I always thought she got along with the old leader . . Ben was his name, I think."

"Yeah that was his name." Mercy said "I don't really know if they got along. But she doesn't seem to like me or Gen all that much."

"Really? I had heard they were more then friends back in the day, if you know what I mean." he winked.

"I never heard that." Mercy said, growing extremely uncomfortable. Ben and Lacie? Really?

"Yeah, from what I've heard, it was back when Lacie was with the Brotherhood a few years back. They had a thing of some sorts, but when she left to join the Outcasts, I suppose it just died out." Alaric shrugged, oblivious to Mercy and Ben's relationship.
