"If you don't mind, can I take my siblings with me?" Alaric asked, "They'll be helpful, I promise."

"You deserve rest after all you've been through," Catherine murmured as she moved onto his lap and kissed him on the lips.

Gen moved down the hallway, hearing Levi's and Catherine's voices. Her eyes narrowed, What are they doing together? She quickened her pace, heading towards the balcony that overlooked the living room.

"Of course! They won't be safe here when the army attacks. We'll take everyone we can."

Levi smiled against her lips, one hand resting against the back of her neck.

"Thank you," Alaric said, relieved. "I guess I'll go get them and meet you outside."

Gen walked over and was pressed against the wall before the balcony. She turned her head to look over the corner and was horrified of what she saw. Betrayal burned inside her as she watched Catherine press herself closer to Levi. She could also see the corners of Levi's mouth pointed upwards. Tears burned in her eyes but she wiped them away, I'm not going to cry over this. She told herself before running back to her room.

Isabella smiled. "Take care of your family, Alaric. They're most important." She turned to Scott and Israel. "Start rounding up the men and whatever supplies we can carry."

Levi pulled away, hearing footsteps. He caught a glimpse of Gen running away. He sighed. He knew this was wrong all along. He knew he was betraying her.

Truer words were never spoken, Alaric smiled as he ran to his room, where Mimi and Allen were.

"What's wrong, dear?" Catherine asked, raising an eyebrow.

Stella walked around Nexia, hearing rumors about a war starting soon from town's people. She released a sigh, she knew this could only end badly.

"Isabella, there's someone I need to find. She's . . . special."
She smiled. "Is Israel in loooove?"
He laughed. "Maybe."
"Go get her."
"Thank you." He hit the ground running.

"Gen." He sighed. "I'll be right back."

Catherine frowned, "Alright," she said, obviously unhappy about it as she got off his lap.

Alaric opened the door and saw Mimi asleep with Allen on his bed, reading a book. He looked up at his brother, "Are we leaving again?"
"Just for a little bit," he said with a sad smile.
Allen nodded, understanding. He shook the shoulder of his twin sister, Mimi, "C'mon, we've gotta get going."
"Again?" she yawned.

Levi ran upstairs and stood in front of Gen's door. He hesitated before knocking.

Israel jogged through the streets, searching for Stella. She could be anywhere.

"Go away," Gen snapped, grabbing the closest object to throw in case he came in.

Stella sat inside the tavern, the same one Israel had brought her to last time they met. She made sure to go there often, just in case she'd see Israel there.

Alaric climbed down the ladder with Mimi and Allen following.
"So, there's going to be a war?" Allen asked.
"Yeah, I'm going to be fighting in it."
"I want to fight in it to," Allen said quickly.
"You're only fifteen, there is no way I'm allowing that." Alaric said sternly.
"You guys need all the soldiers you can get!" he argued back.

"I'm sorry. I'm an idiot. I know that. I'll be in my room if you want to hit me or talk or something."

Israel stopped in front the tavern door. He sighed and headed inside.

"No, you're just an ass!" She yelled, "Go away! Never talk to me again!"

Stella turned her head and smiled, looking as Israel entered, "Hey," she smiled, "I thought you were never going to visit me again."

"OK," he said quietly. "Will that make you happy?"

"Hey," he greeted, wrapping her in a hug. "I'm sorry. It's been really hectic lately. There's an army coming, and I want you to come with us. We could use you."

"Yes, I would be ecstatic." She snapped, "Go enjoy your new lover."

Stella's smile faltered as she backed away from the hug, "Israel . . that isn't a good idea."

"I won't be seeing her again, don't worry." He waited a moment longer before turning down the hall to his room.

"I know things are complicated to say the least, but this way you can justify whatever wrong you've done in the past. Please." He paused. "I need you. And I need you safe."

(I feel like I've missed a ton on here)

(This king from a different city named Duncan is coming to attack Avon and get rid of Alexander. They rounded up a bunch of rebels to go fight with him and now they're leaving to go to Duncan's city.)

"Liar." She said quietly, pulling her knees up to her chest and hugged them. She never felt so broken and weak as tears dripped down her cheeks.

"I don't belong with them though, Israel, they won't accept my help once they find out who I am." she said quietly, looking away.

Mercy found jack where she usually did, in their room.
"We have to leave again Jack." she said, not bothering with a prelude
Something in her tone must have silenced any questions because he simply nodded and grabbed what he needed.

Levi lied down on his bed, arms crossed over his face. "What was I even doing?"

"Please, Stella. As sappy as it sounds, you belong with me, and I won't let anyone hurt you."

Catherine knocked on his door, "Are you okay?" she called.

Stella looked at him and reddened before nodding, "A-alright, I'll go, for you."

Mercy walked out quietly in the hallway with Jack, repressing a sigh. She wished she could of given him an actual childhood, none of this running and war and death.

"Yeah . . . I just need some time to think, if that's alright."

"Thank you. Do you need to get anything before we go?"

Catherine frowned, "Are you sure? I can get rid of all your doubts and problems with a kiss, remember that." she said as she started to walk away.

"No, I'm all set," Stella got up on her toes and kissed Israel on the cheek, "That's for believing in me, thank you."

Mercy climbed down the ladder with Jack right behind her, hoping she'd run into Alaric or someone else she knew.

"That's what got me into trouble in the first place," he whispered to himself.

"Of course. Come on." He took her hand and led her back to the hide out.
