Outcasts RP

"Awh, you poor boy." Catherine sighed, "Maybe there are other ways to distract you from this besides reading like having fun." she smiled.

"Of course." Duncan nodded, sitting near the head of the table and shortly after Ross sat next to him.
Alaric moved to Isabella's side and whispered to her, "Are you sure we should be trusting them?"

"And is there anything fun to do around here?" he asked, leaning against the bookshelf.

Isabella glanced at him. "I'll at least hear them out," she whispered back. "Scott, can you go get Israel? I want him to hear this, too."
"Of course."

"We can do whatever you want." Catherine said with a wink, "Just say what you want to do."

"Fiine," Alaric sighed, "But I've got my eye on his little lackey." he said crossly.

"Have any horses?"

Scott and Israel appeared again and settled down in their seats.
"Alright, so talk. Tell me about this plan to take down Alexander."

"Mhmm," Catherine said with a nod, "Their in a barn around the estate, come." she said, leading the way.

"We want to create an army to take him down." Duncan said, "All of these separate rebel groups aren't doing anything, we all have to band together."

Levi followed, perking up slightly at the thought of riding. It had been so long since he'd ridden a horse.

Isabella nodded. "I agree completely. We're all isolated groups. If we work together, we can get a lot more accomplished."

"So, being here isn't so bad, is it?" Catherine asked as they reached the stables.

"Right," Duncan nodded, "We can overthrow Alexander combined."
"And who will become king?" Alaric spoke up, "You?"
"Possibly." Duncan said, "I have experience ruling my Senentiae, but if someone is more qualified they can take the position."

"It's not as torturous as I thought it was going to be," he admitted, keeping stride with her.

Isabella gave a curt nod. "Whoever has the most experience should take control, but we can't let another Alexander take over. We have to reach a consensus from everyone involved to make sure we agree."

"You know, if you ever want a distraction form it all, you're always welcomed to come to my room. I can help you get your mind off of stuff." Catherine winked.

"I agree completely, we will make a consul as well to make sure not one person rules Avon."

He chuckled nervously. "Thanks, but I have Gen for that sort of, ah, distraction." Levi walked through the stables. He stopped in front of a black stallion. His coat was shiny and sleek, eyes wide and curious. Levi held his hand out and the horse pressed his muzzle into his palm. "Yeah, there's a good boy."

Isabella smiled. "Seems we're on the same page here, thankfully. How big is your Senentiae? Out of curiosity."

"If you ever get bored of her, you know where to find me." Catherine shrugged, running a hand over the head of her chestnut colored horse.

"It is about the size of Avon City." Duncan replied, "It is in Avon, though, it just isn't talked about much anymore after we broke away from Alexander's rule."

"I'll keep that in mind," Levi promised, leading the stallion from his stall. He slipped a halter over his face and swung onto him bareback. "Let's take a few laps, boy." He clicked his tongue and urged the horse - Summer - into a trot out of the stable.

Isabella's eyebrows shot up. "Really? That's very impressive. As for a plan, should we round up any rebels that want to join together and meet up at Senentiae?"

Catherine watched as Levi went, eyeing him as she put a saddle onto her horse, Morrigan.

"Yes, that would be best." Duncan nodded, "I'll leave Ross with you to lead you to Sententiae, for I have to return right away."

Once they left the stable, Levi urged Summer into a flat-out gallup. He bent low over the stallion's neck, whooping as he went.

Isabella nodded in understanding. "Of course. I'll round up all the rebels I know of."

Catherine urged Morrigan to follow after Summer. She smiled, enjoying the breeze in the sky as the rode.

"Alright, I'll be waiting eagerly for your arrival." Duncan said then turned to Ross, putting a hand on his shoulder, "Be safe, and do try to have fun."
"Of course, sir." he said with a shallow bow.

The stallion flew over a log. Levi absorbed the impact as he landed, laughing and cheering. It had been far too long since he'd gone out riding.

"And I look forward to meeting you again," Isabella said, getting to her feet. She offered her hand to Duncan to shake.

Catherine laughed, riding up towards him, "Nice job."

Duncan took her hand and shook it brief, offering a small smile before heading towards the ladders.
"Of course, you had to stay." Alaric muttered, glaring at Ross, who rolled his eyes and ignored him.
Ross then turned to Isabella and bowed shallowly, "I am here to help in any way I can."

Levi turned Summer around to match Catherine's pace. "I've missed this."

Isabella glanced between Ross and Alaric. "So . . . do you wanna fight the tension out now or let it simmer until it explodes?"

"We can do this as much as you want." Catherine assured.

"I think I'll let it simmer." Ross said, walking away.
"I've got my eye on you, bub." Alaric glared

"I think this alone would keep me from leaving," he remarked. "We don't have horses back at Isabella's camp."

Isabella just shook her head and chuckled. "I can't wait for the explosion."

"Awh, is that all that would keep you here?" Catherine said, making a face, "There's gotta be more than just some horses."

"That guy's a prick." he muttered then looked over at Isabella, "anything I can do to help?"

He laughed. "I REALLY love horses, but it's not all bad." He hesitated. "I miss seeing Isabella and Israel though," he admitted quietly.

"He's a straight-backed stooge. He'll loosen up after staying around here a little while." She ran a hand through her hair. "We should get the word out to all the rebels as soon as possible. Alaric, Mercy, and Israel, I want you with me. Scott, take Ross, Dean, and Carson. Track down any rebels you know of and tell them our plan."
"Right away," Scott said, jogging off to find the three.

"You know, I can help you get your mind off of them." Catherine murmured, "Just say the word."

"Alright sounds like fun." Alaric said but then his face fell, "As long as we don't go to the Outcasts, that is."

Why did he have to leave me here? I would be more help if I was assisting with the troops back home. Ross thought bitterly as he walked down the halls.

"I don't think showing up there again would be very beneficial." Mercy agreed.

"Lacie would probably laugh in our faces before cutting us down." Alaric muttered darkly.
