"Sir," a Death's Bloom member said as he ran to his quarters, "Prisoner Colin escaped."
"Really?" He smirked, "Can't say I'm very surprised, very well, let him continue on."

Colin slowed to a jog as he reached a part of Death's Bloom that looked promising. He did his best to avoid people and hide his injuries, but they were starting to wear him down. He was getting more and more light headed as he went along.

Neko left his office and waited in the hallway for Colin to arrive.

Chloe ended up giving up on the relentless Fang and locked him in the cell, leaning against the wall, out of breath, "Damn, Fang. . "

Colin turned another corner and found Neko waiting. "What have you done with Fang?" he demanded, trying to focus enough to string his words together, but his vision was beginning to swim. He pressed one hand against the wall for support.

"You're not very threatening, Colin," Neko commented, walking towards him, "I did it to show you how it feels to have your friend change on you, to have him leave. You're never getting him back."

He sighed. "What can I say or do to make you change your mind? Anything. Name it."

"You can die," Neko smirked, attempting to dig his hand into Colin's wound.

He gritted his teeth and gripped Neko's wrist, keeping it where it was and preventing him from doing anymore harm. Colin was stronger than he looked, even in his weakening state. "You asked me to join you before. Does that offer still stand? Will that be enough to change Fang back?" he panted, meeting Neko's eyes.
Devon slid down the hall, not liking where this conversation was going.

"If you joined me, you'd just betray me. I'm not stupid, Colin." Neko said lowly.

"Then what?" he asked desperately. He hesitated, his grip on Neko's wrist tightening. "I just don't want Fang to suffer anymore."

"I'll make you go through the same pain I went through, with being alone, scared, betrayed." he smirked, pulling his wrist back.

Colin let him go and nodded, his hand dropping.
"Colin!" Devon protested.
He looked over his shoulder. "Get out of here, Devon. I have to do this. Get yourself somewhere safe."
It was impossible to argue with his tone. He was set on this. He just nodded and started to back away.
Colin looked back to Neko, meeting his eyes. The remorse, grief, pain, and aching guilt gnawed at his heart. "Come on. Let's do this."

"I'll hold you in a cell for a while so I can prepare, come on," he said, grabbing his arm, leading him back down towards the cells.

Colin didn't fight or speak, he just matched Neko's pace and stayed at his side, head tilted towards the floor.

"We're going to have a lot of fun back home, Colin," Neko said, sounding almost sad.
Chloe lifted her head up as she heard walking coming towards them. "Crap." she muttered, grabbing Jade by the wrist and moving to a hidden location with her.

The thought of home terrified him. It made his blood run cold and his muscles stiffen. He couldn't deal with being that alone again. This time, it would be different, he knew that. He fully well knew what Neko was going to do. "Can't wait," he whispered.

"I thought so." he smirked, descending down the stairs with him before shoving him into a cell. He held a vial in his hand, "After I give this to your friend, he'll be good as new."

Colin caught himself before he fell and turned. "Thank you, Neko."

"Damn right you should be grateful." he sneered, walking in and forced Fang to the ground. He dropped a few drops of the drink before Fang passed out, his body going limp as his body automatically changed back into his human form.

Colin settled down on the floor, looking down at his still damp shirt. The wounds had stopped bleeding, at least. His arm was a mess. The bottom half was stained red from the bite. He still couldn't feel it, which unnerved him more than anything.

Before Neko left, he walked into the cell and offered Colin a blue looking drink, "Drink it or not, I don't care. It'll help your arm though." he said before leaving and putting an enchantment on the lock, so it wouldn't open.

Colin looked up, surprised. Despite of his declaration of not caring, if he really didn't care, he wouldn't have left it. He took the vial and turned it in his fingers. He thought over what he had done to Fang, fearing it'd have a malicious affect on him, too, but something told him it wouldn't. He downed the drink and set the vial aside. Slowly, feeling returned to his arm. His fingers began to tingle and his arm started to ache. Despite the pain, Colin grinned and laughed. He flexed his fingers, feeling the pain lance through his nerves and numbness fade.

Neko looked at him for once last minute before heading back upstairs, feeling a bit relieved Colin was okay.
After an hour, Fang woke up with a groan, rubbing his head. He had no memory from what had occurred, it was all blank.

Colin looked up again, but Neko was gone. His smile didn't fade as he set out to clean and tend to the wounds as best he could. He could his flame to cauterize it if necessary.

"Colin?" Fang muttered, looking over at his friend, who was now across from him, "When were you put into another cell?" he asked, voice slurred.
