"Yeah, she disappeared just before we left." Ava confirmed with a nod.

"I'll keep an eye out for her then," Erik said with a slight nod.
Relief passed through Nik as he nodded, "Thanks, that means a lot." he turned over to Ava, "I guess we should get going."

"Thank you." Ava said with a grateful smile. "Yeah we should." she agreed with Nik.

"You're welcomed back here if you two need rest."
"Thanks again." Nik nodded, walking to the door.

"Thanks for everything" Ava offered him another bright smile before following Nik out the door.

"Alright, so seems like it's time to try and kick more Heartless butt." Nik said with a light smile.

Erik watched as they left and released a large sigh, "Our world's in the hand of those two, hopefully they can help us."

"Because that worked so well the last time." Ava said with a half grin.

"Hey, we'll be ready this time,"

Ava chuckled "True" she said

"And besides, we can't just sit around, the people here need us," Nik said, resting his keyblade over his shoulder.

"You're right." Ava said with a sigh "This just happened so fast, I can't believe we're actually out here, fighting."

"Yeah," Nik agreed with a heavy sigh, "I was excited to go to other worlds, now I'm not so sure."

"It'll be alright." Ava said, trying to stay positive.

"Yeah," he said, offering a slight smile as they walked down the street, "I just hope Myla is hanging in there,"

"She's tough, I bet she's fine." Ava said, though she was really worried.

"Yeah," Nik said with a nod. He looked over towards one of the alleyways and saw the shadow of a heartless, "They're over here, c'mon." he said, running after it.

Ava readied her keyblade and darted into the alley after Nik.

There was only about a dozen heartless, which was exceedingly less than the amount before. Nik readied himself and slashed at the shadow creatures.

Ava attacked the ones that Nik couldn't get to, cutting through the thick shadows with her keyblade.

It only took a few moments to cut them all down. He grinned as he turned around to Ava, "They aren't so bad in small groups."

"Let's hope they stay in small groups." Ava agreed, looking around at the now empty alley.

"We should go find more people in the town and get more answers about this random heartless attack." Nik suggested.

"That's a good idea. Let's go." Ava said, walking out of the alley.

He walked alongside her, looking up at the twilight sky, "It is beautiful here though," he murmured.

"Yeah." Ava agreed "But there's so much city...and metal." she noticed.
