"Keep an eye on your brother, Jennings." She said gently, kissing him on the forehead before looking at Levi knowing they needed to talk.

Ashlee sighed, "Nothing is going on though between them. " she insisted, "Right, Colton?"

Levi nodded once and followed her out. "Talking time?" he guessed.

Colton gestured to her then at his father. "What she said, yes." He took another sip. "Though, I will not deny the fact that she is a very attractive woman."

"Big time." She nodded, leading him to her room by taking his hand

Ashlee raised an eyebrow, "But you wouldn't be with her... right? "

"I figured," he replied, chuckling.

"Well . . ." Colton squeaked, scratching his cheek lightly. "I wouldn't turn her down. Per se."
The king smirked.

Gen opened the door to her room and sat down on the bed, "Where do we go from here?"

Ashlee frowned and whispered to him, "You're not helping your case, you know."

He pulled up a chair. "Umm. For now, we keep Ash alive, I guess."

He held up his hands innocently. "I'm only saying. She has a very nice face."

"Of course." Gen nodded,"I'm not losing my son. But.. will we do this as a family? "

Ashlee shot a look at her father, knowing exactly what he was doing but didn't say a word.

He nodded slowly. "Yeah. Yeah, as a family."

"Can't argue with you there, son," his father admitted.
"I know, right? She's just . . . beautiful. And her eyes are so bright and pretty. Ugh. She's just perfect, OK?"

Gen looked at him intensely, "So you'll leave it all behind to be with us? "

Ashlee rolled her eyes, allowing her brother to screw himself over. There was nothing she could do

Again, he hesitated. Am I really willing to leave it all behind? All the progress? All the plans? "Yes. Yes, I will."

The king smiled. "Sounds like you like her more than just a training partner."
He smiled guiltily. "Yeah, well. Love is a curious thing."
"Love?"
"Yeah. We've been seeing each other for a LONG time."
"Really?"
"Psh. Oh yeah. The fact that it took you this long is rather disappointing."

Gen's eyes widened and attacked him in a hug. She cried softly, "You're back, you're home."

Ashlee released a tired sigh, "you're hopeless. "

He chuckled and wrapped his arms around her. "Yeah, you can thank yourself for that."

Colton grinned stupidly. "Hopelessly in love!" he laughed loudly at his own dumb joke.
The king rolled his eyes. "Get your brother to his room before he starts singing love songs."

"I missed you so much." She whispered against his neck as she shook slightly.

Ashlee nodded. As she took Colton's arm she glared at her father, "You're an ass. You know that?" Before bringing her brother out.

He rubbed her back and smiled against her neck. "I missed you, too. Truthfully."

The king only shrugged. "I always knew he was a lightweight, and he took the drink knowing full well what he might say. He's of equal blame here."
Colton continued chuckling at his joke.

"I wish you never left.' She murmured before pulling him to her bed.

"Go to hell." She snapped before leading Colton out, "Are you okay?"

Levi followed her. "It seemed like the best idea at the time," he reasoned lamely.

"What? Yeah. 'm OK. Just fine."

"please don't do that. Never again." she whispered against his neck.

"Your drunk. " she frowned as she pulled him to his room.

He smiled and gathered up her hair in his hands. "I promise."

"Yes, yes I am," he stated proudly. He followed willingly.

"Good." she said quietly before kissing him full on the lips

"Do you realize how much you screwed yourself?"

Levi smiled against her mouth and returned the kiss gently.

"What can he do without arousing suspicion from Alaric or someone else? He was bound to find out anyway."

Gen laid down on the bed as she broke the kiss and smiled up at him, "We have a lot of time to catch up on."

"You put the girl in danger you idiot." Ashlee frowned.

"Dear God, yes," he replied, chuckling.

"She can handle herself better than I can." He collapsed on the bed and raked both hands through his hair. "Though I fear I didn't help at all."

"Shall we begin?" she asked, taking her shirt off.

"I'm surprise you can think. You drank a lot." Ashlee Frowned

He laughed. "Well, you're eager tonight." He pressed his hands against the pillow on either side of her head. "Can't say I'm upset about the fact."

"I may get drunk fast, but it tends to clear quickly for whatever reason." He shook his head. "Though the whole thinking thing is a little rough."

"Well it has been five years. " she murmured, kissing him on the cheek, "You can't blame me for being so forward. "

"Just sleep." Ashlee sighed, tucking him in. She sounded pissed but it was due to her father's actions more than anything else.

Ash started to stir awake, shivering a little less as he looked around blindly for Jennings.

Erza walked towards the courtyard, piratically fuming, "Levi, you idiot." she hissed, seeing the scene.
