It hit the tough leather and stuck, barely leaving a bruise. "And now you've assaulted a soldier. You're under arrest." He grabbed Mitsuki by the wrist and spun her around.
The other soldier held Azam back. "Go back to your armory, boy!"

Mitsuki smirked, not fighting. "Can't blame a girl for trying." she murmured. "I'll be fine, Azam." she winked.

Azam grinned and stepped back, holding up his hands in surrender. He watched the soldier march her down the hall towards the stairs that led to the cells.

"You should be gentler with me." Mitsuki smirked to the guards, "I'm just a woman after all."

Hikaru walked down the hall, seeing Azam, "What are you doing here alone?" he asked, raising an eyebrow.

He snorted. "I hear you like it rough."

"I was here with Mitsuki. We heard Taemin yelling, but some soldiers snatched her and took her to the cells. Apparently, she's a criminal of some sort."

"Ahaha. A whore joke. You're so original. " she rolled her eyes, "At least I have a sex life."

"That whore is a criminal?" Hikaru frowned, "I have a feeling the prince won't like this. "

"I refuse to respond to that," he grumbled. "Either way, I insult myself." He shoved her into a cell. "Enjoy your new room. Sorry there's not a comfortable bed for you this time."

"I don't think he'll care, honestly. He doesn't seem like the type who'd care."

"I'll have to make due. " she clicked her tongue, "If you ever get lonely come here. I could take pity." She smirked.

"I know, i meant more towards she's in the cells."

He snorted. "I could let a couple other prisoners into your cell? They've been so deprived lately."

"Ah. Right. No, he won't be happy about that."

"I'll think about it." Mitsuki laughed. "I won't be here for long anyways. "

"Should we inform him? "

The soldier only scoffed and left the hall to guard.

"Yeah, let's go." Azam led the way to the throne room.

Hikaru followed after him, wondering if it was wrong or not to try and get the girl out of prison. What if she deserved it

Azam pushed open the doors. "We have a problem."
"What's a baseborn doing in here?" Taemin's father demanded.
"Shut up," Taemin snarled. "He's a friend. Azam, what is it?"
"Mitsuki's been put in prison."
"What?!"
"Well, yes. She's a criminal."
"A criminal who helped fight a demonic attack on the city. That should be enough community service to clear her charges!" Taemin retorted. "Take me there."

Hikaru nodded, "Of course." He said, leading Taemin and tried to leave before the emperors said anything

"Taemin!" his father started, getting to his feet.
The prince whirled. "Sit down. I'm helping a friend, and there's nothing you can do to stop me. I don't give a damn whether Mitsuki is a whore or a criminal. She fought for us, and that pardons her for whatever crime she's committed. Half the soldiers in the army are pardoned criminals because they fought for their Court. Why is she any different?" He steered Haruka gently by the arm.
Rai grinned and closed the door after them, leaving the emperors in a stunned and angry silence.

Hikaru smirked, "Well, I assume that will come back to bite us in the butt." he said, slightly amused.

Mitsuki wandered around the cell, looking for away to escape. She released a sigh, leaning against the bars.

"Probably, but that was worth it even to just listen. I wish I could speak to my father like that sometimes." Kaya said with a slight smirk.

"It most likely will," Taemin agreed with a one-shouldered, uncaring shrug. "It takes years of practice. I still don't know why he puts up with it. Well, sorta. He could disown me or something, but he never does."

Hikaru just walked beside him, listening idly, still feeling wrong about upsetting the emperors.

"Taemin! Wait up!" Regulus yelled from down the hall. He jogged over. "You might need some backup."
"You don't have to--"
"I want to." He nodded once. He had always been a determined soul.
"Alright then. Should be at the bottom of these stairs."

Hikaru raised an eyebrow, "Are we going to face some conflict? I thought you could order them to stand down. "

"It's always good to be prepared." Kaya said with a shrug

"They don't listen to me," Taemin explained in a tone that implied there was quite a long story behind why they wouldn't listen to him. "Anyway, having Regulus there will help. Most of them believe you can breathe fire."
He snorted. "That'll help." He followed Taemin down the stairs to the cells.

Hikaru hesitated before following after them.

Mitsuki sighed, "Can you let me out? I'm so bored." She complained to the guard.

"Well, we're here to liberate you, dearie!" Taemin called from the entrance to the labyrinth of cells. "At least they gave you a nice one."
"What are you doing here?" the guard sneered.
"I'm here to liberate my friend."
"Not happening."
