"He....found out and got upset." Jade said quietly, looking down at her plate, figuring Chloe would know what she was talking about.

"Ah," Chloe said, understanding, "He'll get over it, he is just feels that enemies of his friends are enemies of his own, though you aren't his enemy, not really."

"Don't thin about it too much, he'll turn around." she reassured, "He's also probably a bit moody since Colin hasn't returned."

"He's another member of Faith's Edge," Chloe explained, "The two are like brothers, and Fang is very protective of him. Whenever Colin goes on a mission without him, he becomes anxious and moody."

"Yeah," Chloe said, with a happy smile, "Aren't you all close in Death's Bloom?" Chloe asked curiously.

Chloe looked at her sadly, "That's a shame, groups of mages are created partly to make friendships."

"I'm probably not the best source of information on that though. There were groups of close knit people, I was just never in them." Jade said with a shrug.

"Sooo," Chloe said idly as she looked out the kitchen window at the setting sun, "Do you still want to head over to Faith's Edge?"
