Jennings rubbed his back. "I'm sorry," he mumbled.

"Hey! I don't pick my nose!" she fired back.

"It's fine." Ash said with a wide smile, "I'm just lucky to have you here to help me, Jennings."
Gen smiled, walking inside, "Do you guys want something to eat?"

"Waaah! That was a secret, Lena!" Finn reddened.
Alaric laughed, getting up out of bed and stretched, "Of course it was."

History: Was a part of a smaller rebel group until the war was over, from there she took the role of helping the new military.

"I'm starving!" Jennings gushed. "Want anything, Ash?"

"Not like you tried hiding it," Lena grumbled, jumping over Isabella and landing on the floor.

"Yeah," he grinned, crawling out of bed, going into a small coughing fit. Gen smiled sadly at Ash before saying, "Alright, let's go." she offered one hand to Jennings and the other to Ash who held onto it, grinning up at his mother.

Finn grumbled something incoherent as Alaric laughed, "Let's get some breakfast and then you two can play with Ash and Jennings."
Finn made a face, "Ash is so boring lately." he complained.
"Because he's not feeling to good again." Alaric tried to explain.
"Whatever, all he does his sit around, so boring." he groaned.

Jennings took Gen's hand and skipped along next to her.

"We should find a game for him to play sitting down," Lena suggested, twirling in a wide circle around the room.

"Did you guys sleep well?" Gen asked, looking down at both of them.
"Mhmm, well, mostly." Ash smiled as he sneezed softly.

"See, be more like your sister and be nicer." Alaric teased, walking over to Isabella to help her out of bed.
"As if!" Finn said, sticking his tongue out at his sister.

"I did. I got Ash some more water in the middle of the night though. He ran out."

Isabella laughed and accepted Alaric's help. "Will they ever stop bickering?"

"Sorry," Ash said with a guilty smile, "I didn't want to get you sick, that's all."
Gen led them into the kitchen, "So, what'll it be, boys?"
"I'll just have fruit." Ash said, sitting down in one of the chairs.

"Nope, but that's siblings for you. Mimi and Allen use to fight all the time." Alaric said, smiling at the memory. He looked over towards the door as he heard a knock and went to answer it. Claudia stood outside. "Sir," she saluted, "may I have a word."
"Of course." he said, looking over at Isabella and the kids, "I'll meet you later for breakfast." he promised.
"But daad, I wanna talk about cool secret stuff too!" Finn complained.

"Oh, I know. I just didn't want you to get thirsty. And pancakes for me! And fruit."

"Later," Isabella promised, pulling them both along. "Let's go eat."

"Coming right up," Gen said, putting on the stove and started to mix the pancake mix.
"I wanna go out and play today, outside of the estate." Ash said with a smile.
"Not happening." Gen said, her voice stern and final.

"But Mooom." Finn complained, following her out.
Alaric looked back at Claudia, "What's happening?"
"Nothing, yet." She reported, "But there is talk of outsiders near Avon's boarders, it may be the group that talked about wanting Avon." she warned.
"I see." he sighed, "Anything else?"
"The plague going around, it's getting worse, more are becoming ill."
"Great." he said, overwhelmed.

Jennings groaned. "Just once, please?" he begged.

Isabella sat them down at the counter. "Sit. Be still. I'll get you food."

"No, end of discussion." Gen said curtly, putting the pancake batter onto the pan.
"No fair." Ash sneezed.
Finn fidgeted in his seat as he looked over at the other twins at the table, "Hey." he grinned widely.

"Make sure the soldiers are healthy and well trained, in case this turns out bad." Alaric ordered.
"Got it." she said with a slight bow before heading off to the training grounds. She would get over with training quickly then travel towards the border to meet again with that special someone.

"Morning," Isabella greeted Gen, sitting Lena down on a chair.
"Finn!" Jennings exclaimed, switching chairs to sit between him and Ash.
"Shh!" Lena hissed. "You're so loud."
Isabella laughed at the kids. "So, what's on the menu for this morning?"

"Hey," Gen smiled, "Pancakes and fruit . . again." she laughed shortly, cutting up a different variety of fruits.
"How are you?" Finn asked with a wide smile before looking over at his sister, "Stop being so . . unfun, Lena." sticking his tongue out at her.
Ash laughed before going into a fit of coughs.

"Their favorites," Isabella laughed. "Anything I can help with?"
Lena and Jennings were at his side immediately. Jennings rubbed his back - it always seemed to reduce the coughing, and Lena was getting a glass of water for him.

"If you could keep an eye on the pancakes, that'd be great." she said and looked over at Ash, smiling as Jennings and Lena were at his side, "Where's Alaric?" she asked as Ash's coughing finished.
Ash smiled guiltily, taking a sip of water, "Sorry."
Fin crossed his arms, looking away. As far as he knew, Ash was just being a baby.

"Talking with Claudia about some matters in the city." She grabbed a spatula and leaned against the counter next to the pancakes.
"Not your fault," Lena said, climbing back onto the stool next to Finn.

"Things just seem to be getting worse," Gen sighed, "With the plague and all."
"Sooo," Finn said, leaning back in his chair, "Dad said he was going to take us to the city soon! To see all the cool stuff! Will you guys come?"
Alaric walked down to the kitchen, feeling even more tired although he had just awoken. He kissed Isabella on the cheek as he walked by, "Mornin' Gen." he greeted.
"Morning." she smiled.

"Nooo! Mom said we can't go to the city," Jennings grumbled, scowling - which wasn't quite as frightening on his round, childish face.

Appearance:

History: Born a royal, and his father is fighting to take over Avon. He claims it's because the leadership is weak, and he's trying to protect it from collapsing. Colton thinks otherwise, but keeps his mouth shut. Became good friends with Levi after him and his men showed up. He's in a secret relationship with Claudia.

"If you guys had a dad, you could just ask him!" Finn smiled, "That's what I do when my mom doesn't like me do something, I ask my dad."
Ash was silent, looking down at the table. He had always felt different for not having a father and it troubled him.

"What are you? Warriors are children?" Claudia said in disgust to the group of soldier's in front of her, "That's it for today, but you better be in better condition tomorrow." she warned, watching as the group of sore soldiers disperse. Once the majority left, she headed outside the city, hoping to find Colton.

Jennings, on the other hand, usually never thought anything of it. "We just usually keep asking until it annoys her too much."

Colton hid behind a tree. He watched the road from the shadows. The cowl hid most of his face, but he learned to stay still enough to not attract attention.

"Keep trying!" Finn grinned, "The city is lots of fun!"
Gen walked over, missing the conversation. She gave a bowl of fruit to each child, "Here you go." he said with a smile.
"Yum!" he grinned, eating away.
Ash just stared at his plate, growing more bummed out.

Claudia walked towards their usual hiding place, her hands in her leather pants as she walked down the road, keeping an eye out for Colton.

"Thanks!" Jennings chirped, stabbing his fruit. He turned to his brother. "You need to eat. It'll help you get better."

"And I thought you forgot about me," Colton teased, wrapping an arm around her from behind.

"I'm not that hungry." he said, a small frown on his face.
"You're no fun to be around." Finn commented.
Gen sighed, looking over at Ash, growing more worried. She was about to move over to him but she heard footsteps enter the room, "I'm home." Ben announced, taking off his tophat.
"I didn't even know you left." Gen teased, hugging her older brother.

Claudia jumped before turning around and smiling, "Don't sneak up on me like that, next time you may get a knife in your chest." she murmured, kissing his jaw.

"Be nice to him," Jennings hissed at Finn before jumping off the stool to give Ben a hug.

"Oh. I think I could take you," he joked, kissing her forehead.
