"Not a problem," she said, watching as the black orb rose out of his arm and disappeared, "You're a power freak, though."

"Well, these demons bring out the worst in us."

"Yeah," Dawn said, blushing at the memory of Jealousy, "Sloth, Lust, Pride and Wrath are left."

"Yay. I'm so excited," he said sarcastically. He smirked. "Let's go."

"At least we've survived through Jealousy, Glutton and Greed," Dawn said, trying to be positive, but she was growing tired of fighting.

"Glass half full kind of person, huh?"

"At least I try to be," she said with a faint smile, looking around for the next sin.

He chuckled. "One of us has to be, I guess," he said, following her gaze.

"I guess, and I'm okay with that being me." she said with a slight smile, growing more nervous as she continued forward.

"See any others yet?"

"Nope, no luck," she said, releasing a small yawn, "I just want this to all be over."

"You're not the only one, but no one else knows about this."

"Right, it's our duty," She nodded, though she wish it wasn't. We're just two kids taking down the seven deadliest sins with one measly dagger.

"A suckish duty, indeed."

"I just want to find the next sin and get this over with,"

"Same. Come on." He circled around the courtyard. He spotted a boy sprawled out on the grass, snoring and drooling. "I think we found Sloth."

"Seems like it," Dawn said, holding the knife in her hand, "I guess it won't be too difficult to end him." she said, running forward and attempted to jab the knife down at his chest.

Sloth caught her wrist. "Don't disturb my NAP!" he yelled groggily. He sat up, wiping his chin and yawning. "Go to sleep. You'll feel much better."

As tempting as it sounded, Dawn tried to move her wrist back, "Like I'd fall asleep now," she said, though she felt a bit tired, holding back a yawn.

"No, you want to go to sleep. Trust me, everything will become so much better." He smiled as Avan lied down, yawning and curling up on his side.

"M-maybe just for a little bit," Dawn said, falling to her knees, her eyes feeling much heavier, "B-but the Academy, it needs me," she yawned, trying to stay awake, but the dagger fell out of her hands as she started to lay down beside Avan.

"No, it doesn't. Just rest." Sloth smiled as they both fell asleep. He could practically feel Avan's emotional and physical exhaustion. He fed off of it.

"Dawn," a comforting voice said as she opened her eyes, finding herself on her bed. She looked over, seeing her mother sitting at the side of her bed.
"Mom," she smiled, not realizing that this wasn't real.
Luna smiled, wrapping her in a hug, "Time to get up darling. Aren't you hanging out with your friend Avan today?"
"Oh, right, I almost forgot." she smiled, throwing off her covers.

Skylar tackled Avan to the ground. They both rolled over in the grass as the football bounced away.
"Oi! This is tag football!" Avan laughed, wiggling out from under him.
"I changed the rules."
"That's not allowed! Anyway, I have to get cleaned up and meet Dawn."
"Ooh-la-la. Tell her I said hey."
"Will do." He got to his feet and jogged inside.

"You two have been getting pretty close," Her mom commented as Dawn got changed in the bathroom, "Moooom!" she sighed.
Luna just laughed, "Behave. You two are done with the Academy now, which means you two have a lot of time and . ."
"Just drop it mom." Dawn sighed, but she smiled. It felt good to be done with the Academy, and not have to worry about working and fighting.
