Alaric released a sigh before smiling at her, "Let's do this."

"And it begins. I need to get some more bullets." She dropped out of the van and went to the truck loaded with weapons and supplies.

Alairc got out of the truck after her, his bow on his back and pistols at his side. "Finally," he breathed, full of anxiety.

Isabella filled enough pockets so that it wouldn't slow her down, grabbed two, freshly-sharpened knives and latched the sheaths to her belt. "Ready to go?" she asked, turning to him.

"Yeah," he nodded, "Let's get this started."

It was chaos inside of the city, groups of soldiers patrolled while citizens were in a panic. Vincent watched it all from the estate and smirked , arms crossed, "This can prove to be interesting. I wonder who will win."

Mercy jumped out her van and grabbed extra ammunition and an extra knife. She still had her old dagger secured inside her boot. Checking to make sure she was ready, she made her way over to Alaric and Isabelle.

Alaric looked over at her with a small smile, "Ready?"

"As I'll ever be." Mercy replied, returning his small smile.

"Then let's do this," he smiled over at her, "And finally be free." he started to lead the way towards the city gates.

"Finally." Mercy said with a determined nod, walking beside him.

"Let's take this country back." he said quietly, most to himself as he followed the bright lights of the city ahead.

Mercy watched the lights ahead grimly, not responding. She'd waited for this for so long, now they had a chance to finally get rid of Alexander and make Avon a better place. She was determined to succeed this time.

As they neared the gates he could hear the other group of soldiers starting to attack at the gates. The sound of steel on steel, gun shots firing and screams were bone-chillingly audible.

Mercy readied her weapon as the sounds of war grew closer. It sent chills down her spine which only steeled her determination further.

Alaric saw the block of soldiers waiting for them. He watched as the fellow members of the group ran forward while Alaric stayed behind, aiming an arrow at stray soldiers.

Mercy shot at the soldiers, firing each bullet with practiced aim as she approached.

Isabella led the charge, fighting her way through the mob of oncoming soldiers. She spotted Scott and Israel slashing and shooting away at anyone who came near.
She ducked. A sword passed harmlessly above her head. Isabella lunged forward, digging her knife into his chest. She yanked it free as he went limp.

Levi crept through the streets, avoiding all conflict as much as possible. He had already killed a few men, not knowing which side they were on. They all stood in his way of escape.

Alaric pulled out his knife as he struck down a few soldiers. He then twisted through the crowd, slashing at every guard in his way.

Gen opened her eyes, disoriented as she sat up. Smoke filled her vision as she looked around, seeing the carriage she was in crashed just near the end of the city.

Mercy stabbed and shot through a mob of soldiers, blood already beginning to stain her clothes. She twisted out of the way as a man slashed at her, then whipped back around and fired her gun, watching only for a split second as he fell.

Isabella tore through another two men and nearly collided with Israel in the process. His metal claw-like gauntlet was tipped in blood. He nodded as a greeting before continuing on. She watched for a moment as he literally tore a man's throat out.
"Kashir taught you well!" she called after him before rejoining the fight.

Alaric moved over to Isabella's side, pulling out his gun, "Holding up alright?"

Mercy continued to take down soldiers, not sparing any of them a second glance as she cut through them. She checked and saw Alaric near Isabelle, both of them alright. Satisfied, she turned her attention back to the men in front of her.

"So far. Yourself?" she asked, shooting down another man.

"I'm managing." he said, shooting a soldier that went running towards Isabella. He turned towards the gates and grinned as they were broken down, "We got in." he grinned and ran into the city.

"Yes." Mercy grinned, running through the gates and into the city after Alaric.
