"I'm afraid they're not going to listen to you," Colin announced, sauntering over. He grinned wickedly. "After all, they're not yours to control."

"Leave him for now. We'll come back later. Come on, brother. There's another source of entertainment waiting upstairs."

Devon stepped back. The whip left behind a line of stinging pain. "Not exactly a fair fight, is it?"

Neko raised an eyebrow, looking at Colin through silted eyes, "They're yours to control then?" he asked slowly, confused but he kept it out of his voice. Demas, what are you up to?

"Alright." Fang said, obediently following his brother upstairs, "What's going on?"

"I suppose not." Chloe said, ripping the tear that was left by the whip until he was shirtly. She looked at him with interest and smirked, "If only you weren't so broken." she said before backhanding him.

"They were never yours," he hissed.

"Neko is here," he said with a twisted grin.

Devon staggered to the side a couple steps, taking the blows. It wouldn't last as long this way.

Neko smirked, "Ah, I see. I must be mistaken then." he said sarcastically, "So am I not allowed here?"

Fang blinked, wide eyed, "What will we do."

"Bow to me." Chloe ordered, smirking.

"No, of course you're welcome. Got a nice cozy cell waiting for you."

"We sit back and watch."

Devon blinked. "What? Bow to you?"

"And if I refuse?" He challenged lowly.

"What if Colin needs our help?" Fang asked, "Not that I fancy him but I don't want to leave him all on his own."

"You heard me." she said, cracking the whip down right at his side, "You are my servant after all, and I am your master. So bow, you broken toy, or are you too stupid to do so?"

"Then you'll suffer the consequences. And I assure you, they'll be very painful."

"Then we'll help, but this is his fight."

Devon's face darkened. "And if I refuse to bow?"

"Then I'll play your little game." Neko smirked, obviously amused, "Lead the way, oh fearless leader."

"Alright." Fang nodded, looking at Neko, a feeling of betrayal went through him.

"It'll just be painful." Chloe smirked, whipping him across the chest, "Now bow!"

His amusement annoyed Colin, but he didn't show it. "Follow me then," he ordered. "Men, seize him."
They surrounded Neko immediately, one man gripping each arm.

Demas watched Colin lead Neko away, amused at the boy.

Devon grunted. "No."

Neko just smirked, "I'll let you have your fun . .for now."

Fang just watched, staying close to his brother's side, "I think he's got it all for now."

Chloe sneered, walking up to him and used her sharp nail to cut across his neck, "I will destroy you if you don't, you and your little servant friend. Now obey, you idiot." she said quietly, venomously.

Colin returned the smirk. "And I'll enjoy it."

Demas nodded. "Let's follow."

Devon stayed where he was and took the blows without bowing or stumbling. "But then you'd be out of a servant."

Neko allowed himself to be chained to the cell, amused by the whole thing, "This role doesn't fit you well, Colin."

Fang nodded silently, following his lead.

"I can get more." she assured, slashing at him continuously, not missing an inch of his bare body.

"Well, I never asked for your opinion, did I?" he retorted, pacing the length of the length of the cell.

Devon sunk lower and lower to the floor as the beating continued. He never made a sound except for the ocassional groan. He bent over so far that his forehead brushed the floor.

"So, why are you doing this, Colin?" Neko asked curiously, sounding like he had no clue.

"Now bow you wretched boy!" Chloe demanded, kicking him hard in the side.

"Why do you think?" he snarled. "You left me! Abandoned me like I was some toy you didn't want anymore!" He kicked Neko across the face. "I was your only friend and you left me!"

Devon collapsed onto his side, a groan barely escaping with a whisper.

Neko's head turned to the side, not even attempting to defend himself. He just chuckled lowly, "Tell me more of what I did." he urged, "The pure irony of it makes me laugh."

"Bow!" she demanded, picking him up by his collar, "Show me you know your place, or I'll beat it into you some more."

Colin fumed and slashed him across the chest. "Why are you laughing? Stop it!"

Devon chuckled. "I like it," he whispered shakily.

Neko laughed at the pain, as if it were a tickle, "You don't play the bad guy well." he murmured, sending one of his shadow creatures at Colin.

Chloe narrowed her eyes before walking over to the fireplace, grabbing a metal poker before putting it over the fire. She then sauntered over to Devon and pressed it against his temple, "Do you enjoy that?"

Jade sighed as she leaned against the kitchen counter alone. Styx and Asphodel had gone off to cause trouble somewhere and she hadn't felt like joining, and they hadn't made her this time.

Colin flew back against the wall, his eyes wide and terrified. The shadows haunted his nightmares.

Devon screamed savagely between his teeth. A strangled laugh managed to leak through. "Loads."

Neko sneered with a wicked glint in his eyes, "So, are you still the tough one?"
A guard ran to Demas's side, "Sir, Faith's Edge is here."

Chloe smirked, pulling away, "Enjoy the mark. It'll show you're broken to others "

Colin's eyes hardened, refusing to let Neko get the best of him again. He lunged through the shadow, tackling Neko to the ground.

Devon's hand hovered over the burned skin. He gasped hard and raggedly between his teeth. He grinned, his expression growing darker and more malicious. "I'll wear it proudly."

Neko snarled, calling the shadows towards him and ordered them to surround around Colin, attempting to make fake nightmares and pain go through him.

Chloe snarled and turned to the door as it broke down and three Faith's Edge members ran in, looking thoroughly confused, "Devon? Chloe? What are you doing here?" Zev demanded, leading the group.

Colin retreated to the corner, breathing like an asthmatic. "Make them stop!" he snapped, fighting to keep the panic from his face.

Devon turned to his head, his temple puckered, red, and gruesome.

"I'm sorry, I thought you were strong and mighty. I thought I was your weak counterpart." Neko smirked, grabbing him by the collar.

Zev blinked, "Devon, what happened to you?" he said, stepping towards him but Chloe cracked a whip of light towards him, "Stay away." she hissed.
"Why are you fighting?" Zev demanded, "You're apart of Faith's Edge! We're on the same side!"
