His reflexes kicked in right before. The blade still caught him, but it wasn't nearly as deep. He grabbed the gun from his belt and trained it on Vincent's forehead. "If that's how you intend to catch up, I won't do you the displeasure."

Vincent smirked, "Seems like you got better." he looked at the gun and smirked, moving forward, "What an empty threat. You may hate me, or use to hate me, whatever you think in your little screwed up mind. But the point is, you won't shoot me." he said. He moved right up to the barrel of the gun so it was touching his forehead. A wild smirk appeared on his face, his blue eyes wicked with joy, "I dare you."

"I dunno." She said innocently, "I'm curious myself." she said, leading him to the courtyard of the estate. She was surprised of how easily he took the bait.

"Broken necks would be unfortunate." Mercy laughed

Alaric headed down the hall, glancing around,"I still can't get over how cool this is."

Levi raised an eyebrow. The gesture threw him off-guard. The gun was a security measure, nothing more at this point. "Any your boys make a move, and I will." He cocked the gun, pressing it further into his forehead.

"I know, me neither." Mercy agreed

Vincent grinned wickedly, "I like this, you've changed. You're more . . . exciting."
Catherine aimed her gun at Levi's head, "Then I guess we're just going to have to stand here all day, aren't we?" she smirked.

"I suppose this'll be a worthy new home." Alaric smirked, still trying to get over the fact the Outcasts was not his home.

Stella released a tired sigh as she exited a small book store. She looked up at the darkening sky. She felt a chill go through her spine as a cold wind chilled her bones. She crossed her arms loosely over chest as she walked down the street.

"It might take some getting used to though." Mercy said, still a little wierded out by the fact that they

"Yeah, but it's better than staying with the Outcasts though." Alaric smiled sadly.

"Considering Lacie tried to kill us." Mercy muttered.

"That too, so it's probably best never to go back and be apart of that group." he muttered

"Until kingdom comes, darling," he replied with a wink. "But that sounds acutely boring, so what do you want with me exactly?"

"Come on, Levi, where are you?" Israel muttered into the night, checking his pocketwatch. He was 15 minutes late, which was unusual for him.

"Just to catch up," Vincent said innocently, "You had us. .. Concerned." He smirked, thinking of a way to disarm him.

Stella turned down a street and froze at the sight of the man," Israel?" she asked quietly, not believing it.

"You have a strange concept of catching up. Most people do it over a meal or a drink. But, if you'd rather do it with a gun to your head, alright. Why did I concern you so much?"

Israel turned, hearing footsteps. He grinned. "Stella? Is that really you?"

"You're my dearest cousin, of course Id be concerned." Vincent said, "I think your mother was slightly concerned, even if she won't show it." he said, trying to throw him off guard.

Stella walked towards him with a shaky smile, "Yeah, its... Been a while."

"If you were so concerned, why haven't I heard from you in the year I was missing?"

"Yeah, it's been a few months," he replied, laughing. He pulled her into a hug. "You look well."

"I tried," Vincent frowned, "But I had no way of finding you. You can't blame me for that."

"Yeah," she smiled, "I thought something had happened. You scared me."

"I suppose not. Well, I'm here now. What shall we talk about?"

"I'm sorry, my dear." He kissed the top of Stella's head and held her at arm's length. He smiled again. "But I'm here now. I've missed you." His dark gold eyes scanned her face. "How are you? Really?"

"Would you like to know more about your upbringing?" Vincent asked, "I'm willing to tell you, as long as you put the gun down."

Stella looked down at the ground. She felt relieved but she felt guilt. She had betrayed him by helping Alexander. It felt wrong for him to treat her so kindly. She dispelled her troubling thoughts and smiled, "Yeah, I'm fine, I'm just shocked to see you," she smiled, "And happy."

Levi hesitated. "As long as your boys leave."

"As long as you're happy. Want to sit down and have a drink? Just talk?"

"Fair enough," Vincent said and raised up his right arm. At the signal, the men lowered the weapons and backed up, "Are you satisfied?"

Stella smiled at him, her eyes watering a bit. She nodded, wiping away the tear, "Yeah, I'd love that."

Levi un-cocked his gun and stuck it back in his belt. He flashed a grin. "Yes."

Israel offered Stella his arm. "I'll buy."

"Good," he said, offering Levi a smile as Catherine crept behind him and attempted to smash a bottle against his head.

Stella took his arm, "Good, since I have no money." she laughed quietly.

Levi stumbled forward, his vision going black. He skidded on his knees, stunned. He turned clumsily.

"Not to worry." He led her to his favorite restaurant. He never tried the alcohol, but the tea was fantastic.

Vincent smirked wickedly, kneeling down and held him by the front of his shirt. "Seems your still a fool, cousin." he chuckled. He started to drag him to the cells underneath the estate.

"So, what are you doing here?" she asked curiously, "It's just, by all the chances to see each other."
